Half Light Honey is a women-owned & operated business that supports artists and provides a living wage for its employees, with opportunity for growth and input in the day-to-day interworking of a production ceramics & design studio.

Samantha Carter, Owner

Samantha has her B.F.A. from Florida State University and has been exploring clay since 2010. She moved to Asheville after college to be a part of the area’s strong pottery traditions and be inspired by the beautiful landscape. When she isn't in the pottery studio, she enjoys pursuing (way too many) other art mediums, hiking, mountain biking, and spending time with her daughter and partner.
