Shipping & Policies

Purchases are shipped in the order they are received, and customers can expect orders to ship in 5-7 business days unless the order is custom or shipping window is otherwise specified. We typically ship our packages via USPS priority mail with plenty of recycled material to cushion your piece for the long journey. *See our notice below for other shipping and insurance options.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 7 days of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

*A note about shipping*

In light of recent USPS delays, please inform us if you'd like any of the following features added or changed to your shipping method:
-Requesting a signature upon delivery
-Using a carrier other than USPS (UPS or FedEx)
-Insuring the entire cost of your order (Priority Mail only covers the first $50)
We are not responsible for packages that are stalled within the shipping process. We are also not responsible for loss or damages that occur after packages have been marked as delivered.
We will do our best to work with you to locate and ensure the safe arrival of your package, but we encourage you to take all precautions necessary by informing us of your needs or preferences to make that happen.
